Baby Yarn Pink

Crocheted baby blankets.? I used to make these for all my friends when they had babies - soft yarn in white or blue or pink. One of my friends told me that it is a dumb gift and that no one really wants a crocheted baby blanket anymore. Am I being old fashioned thinking people want these? Absolutley not! I would have loved one for my kids when they were younger. It is a very special gift to give someone especially for the first baby. My mom actually has one that someone in our family made for my sister and I used it for my daugher. If taken care of properly then can be passed down from generation to generation. I think that is the best present anyone can get, tradition. Hey send me one!
